I will buy your judgment. Even small claims. I will even buy your claim if you do not have a judgment yet. Call me any time to discuss your case. If you already have a judgment, I will need to know the Court and Case Number.
Very simple process. If we agree on a price, we will sign a contract and a paper called an "Assignment". This would allow me to proceed in court with post judgment remedies to enforce the judgment. Other than initially providing me your records on the case, you will never have to worry about this again, nor spend any more time or money chasing this down.
Since 2014 I have worked more than $400,000 worth of judgments. No judgment is too small for me to consider but many factors come into play on the price I would pay.
WARNING: You should take any communication about a judgment against you very seriously, and trying to defeat it thru trickery would only make matters worse. For example, in case 003-01278-2019, Collin County Court at Law 3, I demonstrated that I know what I am doing. I act methodically and without nonsense, and I will pursue additional litigation when necessary. After judgment, this case ended up back in court because the defendant made improper transfers to cheat creditors which involved new defendants. I persued additional litigation against all those involved to unwind those transfers and for additional money damages. After the original defendant hired a lawyer, he ended up paying me almost 3 times the original judgment. The original judgment was for $ 1550 and he ended up having to pay $ 4400 to settle.
